AutoZone at 1011 Hwy 67 W, Alvarado, Texas.

I wish I could give them No stars because awful customer service We usually go to the one in Mansfield but since Alvarado is closer we went there asked for an oil filter and they tell you to go look for it in the book. Mansfield is nothing like this they help you out and they actually look for it to help you out horrible horrible customer service gave them a second chance since service was already bad before but I guess they hire people with no customer service and lazy !!!! maybe I should give Corporate a call Monday never will I go there again I’m sure they don’t care but I do cause I spent my money there.
